Teachers can assist students when they have problems, i.e., a teacher can change the password, the details, the preferences or the profile of a student. In order to do so, you have to change to the member page of a course and you will find in the action menu of each student several administration actions, like Preferences, Details or Change Password. With the multi action profile you can change the user profile of the selected students.
